Strata Approval

You may require Body Corporate or Strata approval prior to the installation of your Space Commander storage unit.

As part of our sales and quoting process we are happy to inspect your apartment car space and recommend the best model from our range of standard sizes. We can then provide you with the Space Commander Application Letter (see sample) for submission by you to your Building Manager, Body Corporate or Strata Manager. Approval will then be just a formality.

It is important to know that you are fully entitled to use your lot (car space) for the storage of personal items – and this includes a Space Commander storage unit, whether Over Bonnet or Double Decker. Provided that the storage unit and your car will both fully fit within the boundary of your car space, there is no impact on surrounding car spaces, and you maintain the required distance from any services (fire sprinklers) approval for the use and enjoyment of your lot cannot be unreasonably withheld.
