Space Commander was engaged by Baptistcare and Richard Crookes Constructions to supply and install 120 Over Bonnet and Double Decker storage units at the new “Yarra Rossa” aged care facility at Red Hill, ACT.
The project was disrupted by COVID lockdowns and supply shortages, however Space Commander was able to coordinate and manage a complex mix of factories, suppliers and installation teams to work in with the continuously revised project schedule.
The 120 units were spread over 4 large car parks across the estate, adding to the complexity of the installation phase, but this was never going to be a problem for the apartment storage experts!
