Space Commander was engaged by Lutheran Services to provide 51 custom sized Double Decker storage units for the residents of their major new retirement living project in the Brisbane suburb of Nundah.
In order to work with the height restrictions in the basement car park due to the location of various services, the maximum height of the storage units could be no greater than 1.7m. Accordingly our product designers and engineers created a custom version in which the height and storage capacity of the lower cabinet was reduced, leaving the dimensions of the upper cabinet unchanged.
The 51 cabinets were installed flawlessly, on time and to the complete satisfaction of Lutheran Services and the new residents!
